Canapes for the New Year 2024: New Year's recipes with photos

Canapés are easy to prepare, they can be beautifully decorated without spending a lot of time on it. This appetizer will appeal to both adults and children. Miniature sandwiches will help you out if a large number of guests are invited. There are several canape recipes that can be prepared for the New Year 2024 to decorate the festive table.

Canape with red caviar for 2024

Snacks with caviar - a win-win option for a feast for the New Year 2024. A bright dish will make the festive table even more beautiful. Cooking canapes according to this recipe takes no more than 10 minutes.

Prepare:

  • 1 slice of brown bread 5 - 8 mm thick;
  • 80g cream cheese;
  • fresh dill;
  • 2 slices of slightly s alted salmon or salmon;
  • 0.5 tsp each lemon juice and zest;
  • 6 tsp red caviar;
  • freshly ground black pepper (to your taste);
  • 1 tsp soy sauce.

Ingredients for 6 servings.

Steps:

  1. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese with finely chopped dill, soy sauce, a pinch of black pepper, lemon juice and zest.
  2. Cut off the crusts from all sides of a piece of bread, divide into 6 - 8 parts, spread each of them with the resulting mass.
  3. Spread the fish evenly on top.
  4. Then make another 2-3 times the curd and salmon layer.
  5. Decorate with red caviar and refrigerate.

Caviar is best laid out on a canapé before serving.

Canape "Mimosa" for the New Year 2024

Mimosa miniature sandwiches are a good alternative to the salad of the same name. The recipe uses baked mackerel, but you can substitute canned mackerel. Fish cooked in the oven will give the dish an original taste and aroma.

Prepare:

  • 350 g mackerel fillet;
  • 150 g mayonnaise;
  • a pinch of s alt and sugar;
  • 0.5 tsp sweet paprika;
  • 250 g each of potatoes and carrots;
  • 5 hard boiled eggs;
  • a bunch of green onions;
  • 300 g of bread;
  • 2 st. l. vegetable oil;
  • freshly ground black pepper (to your taste);
  • 3 st. l. liquid Teriyaki sauce.

Small boiled shrimp and olives are perfect for decoration.

Steps:

  1. Make the marinade by mixing the sauce with paprika and black pepper.
  2. Spread the mackerel fillet with the spice mixture on all sides and leave for 10 - 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, rinse potatoes and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Wrap the fish and vegetable in foil (separately) and put in a hot oven for 25 - 30 minutes. at t° 180-190°.
  5. Grate peeled carrots on a coarse grater and fry in oil until tender.
  6. Add s alt, sugar, mix and transfer the mass to a separate container for cooling.
  7. Cool the baked mackerel, then chop the fillet with a fork.
  8. Grate cooled potatoes on a coarse grater.
  9. Remove the shell from boiled eggs and cut into round slices.
  10. Make a base out of bread by cutting off the crusts and dividing the slices into several parts.
  11. Put a layer of potatoes smeared with mayonnaise on each piece of bread and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
  12. Spread chopped fish on top, also spreading with mayonnaise.
  13. Next, lay out the sautéed carrots and a piece of egg.

Garnish the appetizer with boiled shrimp and olives, securing the ingredients with skewers.

With bacon and quail egg

Appetizer with quail egg and bacon turns out to be quite satisfying and very tasty. Suggested ingredients are for 10 servings.

Prepare:

  • 3 slices of bread;
  • 5 slices of cooked smoked bacon;
  • curd cheese;
  • 5 quail eggs;
  • 1 garlic clove;
  • fresh dill (to taste).

You will also need some vegetable oil (for frying).

Steps:

  1. Boil the eggs.
  2. Chop washed fresh dill finely.
  3. Cut the bread into medium-sized slices without crusts and fry them in a pan with a little olive or sunflower oil and chopped garlic.
  4. Cooked, cooled eggs, peel and divide in half (along).
  5. Mix curd cheese with dill.
  6. Cut the bacon slices into 2 parts.
  7. Spread each slice of fried bread generously with cottage cheese.

Top with bacon, egg halves and secure with skewers.

Chicken and pineapple

Lovers of unusual flavor combinations will be delighted with this type of snack on the New Year's table. All ingredients are fixed with skewers, so the dish is perfect for a festive buffet.

Prepare:

  • chicken fillet;
  • 3 - 4 canned pineapple rings;
  • chicken seasoning, pepper, s alt (to taste);
  • orange;
  • 1 garlic clove;
  • 3 dried mint leaves.

You will also need some vegetable oil (for frying).

Steps:

  1. Grate the fillet with chicken spices on all sides, lightly pepper and s alt (to your taste). Please note that the seasoning may contain s alt.
  2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and place peeled crushed garlic, mint in it.
  3. Put in the chicken breast and fry until crispy.
  4. Place the meat in a baking dish and put it in a hot oven for 20 minutes. at 180°C.
  5. Remove the peel from the orange, then remove the film from each slice.
  6. Cool the baked fillet.
  7. Cut the chicken, orange wedges and pineapple rings into equal-sized portions (not too big).
  8. Start shaping the appetizer: first chop pineapple cubes on skewers, then orange and chicken.

Make another similar layer.

With curd cheese and avocado

The combination of soft cheese with lightly s alted red fish and avocado is perfect. Garlic and dill will add a special piquant taste to the appetizer. Canapes are great for a feast for the New Year 2024 (photo below).

Prepare:

  • 150 g curd cheese;
  • 6 slices of bread;
  • 80 g lightly s alted fish (salmon, salmon, trout);
  • 1 st. l. mayonnaise;
  • 100g ripe avocado;
  • 30 g red caviar;
  • 5g fresh dill;
  • s alt, freshly ground black pepper (to taste).

Add garlic (1 clove) if desired.

Steps:

  1. Mix cheese with finely chopped dill.
  2. Grate a peeled garlic clove on a fine grater, add to the curd mass (optional) and mix thoroughly.
  3. Sprinkle the mixture with mayonnaise, add s alt, black pepper to your taste.
  4. Cut avocado pulp and red fish into thin slices.
  5. Cut off the crusts from all sides of the slices of bread, then grease two of them with half the volume of the cheese mass.
  6. Place avocado on top.
  7. Lay out another piece of bread and spread it with the remaining curd cheese.
  8. Spread red fish evenly and cover with bread slices.
  9. Gently press the sandwiches down with a cutting board, place a small weight on top and leave for half an hour.
  10. After the time has elapsed, cut the workpiece into portions and secure with skewers.

Decorate your appetizer with red caviar.
