The set of products that are used in the cooking process is very simple. But thanks to the meat of properly cooked seafood, the dish turns out to be hearty and tasty. Such a treat will disappear with lightning speed from the New Year's table.
Ingredient List:
- 500 g squid;
- 200 g of fresh cucumber;
- 80 g of onions;
- 2-3 chicken eggs;
- 20 g dill;
- 60 g sour cream;
- 10 g mustard;
- salt, spices;
- lettuce leaves.
Priority of actions:
- Remove the inner chord from the squid carcasses, scald with boiling water and carefully remove the skin. Then send the prepared seafood to boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then cool and cut into thin strips, cutting each carcass into 4 parts.

- 300 g squid;
- 300 g of Chinese cabbage;
- 200 g of fresh cucumber;
- 200 g yellow tomatoes;
- 10-15 g of dill;
- 5-10 ml lemon juice;
- olive oil;
- pomegranate seeds for decoration;
- salt and spices.
Progress:
- Prepare and boil the squids as in the previous recipe. After cooling, chop them into medium-sized straws.
- Chop the cabbage into strips. Grate cucumbers for Korean carrots or also chop into straws.
