Every detail is important on the festive table - beautifully laid napkins, flower arrangements and much more complement and decorate it. Ice cubes are no exception. Serving alcoholic drinks or cocktails in combination with beautiful cubes will surely be remembered by guests.
In order to make beautiful ice we need:
- purified water - use bottled or filtered water;
- ice molds;
- fresh red currant berries;
- physalis vegetable;
- sprig of rosemary;
- New Year's caramels.
Cooking method
Place some of the water in ice cube trays. Add rosemary sprigs separated from currant and physalis sprigs to the water. Also place a whole caramel in the mold. Add the rest of the water to the molds to fill the entire surface of the ingredients.
Place the molds in the freezer for a few hours.
The original New Year's ice cubes are ready. Have a nice holiday!
