Ingredients:

  • 1 large sheet of thin (Armenian) lavash;
  • 250-300 g fillet of red fish, lightly salted or cold smoked (trout, salmon, chum salmon);

  • 350 g of curd cheese.

Preparation:

You will need:

  • 5 boiled eggs;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 5 small sprats;
