We have collected traditional and unusual recipes with step-by-step instructions with photos, following which you can easily prepare New Year's dishes from chicken, rabbit, pork or beef meat.

Classic steak

If you are looking for easy-to-cook and at the same time hearty and tasty meat dishes for the New Year 2024, we recommend including the classic pork loin steak in the menu. Cooking such a dish is as easy as shelling pears, both on a home grill and in a regular frying pan.

Ingredients:

  • pork (loin) - 400 gr.;
  • vegetable oil - 2 cl. l.;
  • spices - you can use a ready-made mix for barbecue or separately ground pepper + paprika + mustard;
  • s alt.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the meat, dry it and cut into steaks 1-4 cm thick.
  2. Grate the meat with spices, s alt, rub with oil and leave in the refrigerator overnight (if desired, you can marinate like a barbecue, it will be even tastier).
  3. Heat the pan and fry the meat until tender (the duration of frying depends on the thickness of the steaks) it is enough to fry 1 cm pieces for 5 minutes on each side.

Pineapple meat tarts

If you need not only tasty, but also incredibly beautiful meat dishes for the festive menu, we suggest serving delicious meat cakes to your guests for the New Year 2024.

Ingredients:

  • pork - 0.5 kg;
  • canned pineapple slices - 1 can;
  • hard cheese - 300 gr.;
  • fresh tomato - 1 piece;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • black olives - 1 can;
  • mayonnaise - 70 gr.;
  • s alt, pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the meat into thin steaks and beat like cue balls.
  2. Slice onions and tomatoes.
  3. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Butter a baking sheet, put the meat and onions, make a mayonnaise net on top.
  5. Put tomato, pineapple on top and cover again with mayonnaise mesh.
  6. Spread grated cheese in a pile and garnish with an olive.
  7. Bake the dish in the oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.

Classic julienne

Traditional New Year's appetizer, the preparation of which according to the algorithm with a photo can be mastered even by a novice cook, will decorate the New Year's table, and guests will definitely like the bright meat and mushroom taste of julienne.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 600 gr.;
  • mushrooms (champignons) - 300 gr.;
  • sour cream (recommended fat content 20%) - 400 gr.;
  • hard cheese - 100 gr.;
  • vegetable oil ;
  • pepper;
  • s alt.

Cooking:

  1. Fillets cut into large cubes.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices (if you buy small mushrooms, you can cut them into 4 parts).
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Fry the meat until a delicious golden brown and put in a saucepan.
  5. Sauté the mushrooms.
  6. Combine mushrooms and meat in a frying pan, s alt, pepper, stew a little together and remove from heat, add sour cream.
  7. Put the mass into serving pots.
  8. Sprinkle the meat and mushroom mass with grated cheese.
  9. Bake in the oven at 180°C until the cheese crust is golden brown.

Gentle Bunny

If last year it was impossible to cook New Year's meat dishes from rabbit meat, then in 2024 this product can definitely be on the New Year's table, so this recipe definitely deserves to be on your holiday menu.

Ingredients:

  • rabbit - 1 kg;
  • potatoes - 800-900 gr.;
  • large carrot - 1 piece;
  • sour cream - 100 gr.;
  • spicy adjika - 2 tablespoons;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • s alt, pepper, spices (hops-suneli).

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the rabbit carcass, dry it and cut into portions.
  2. Mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons of adjika, s alt, pepper and suneli hops. Marinate the meat in the resulting sauce.
  3. Peel the vegetables and cut the carrots into circles and the potatoes into large pieces.
  4. Put potatoes in the baking sleeve, then carrots, and pickled rabbit meat on top.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180°C, removing the sleeve 20 minutes before the end of cooking to form a golden crust.

Chicken thighs with oranges and ginger

The combination of chicken and orange can often be found when looking for traditional meat dishes for the New Year's table, but we suggest trying a new recipe in 2024, which is quite simple to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • chicken thighs - 700 gr.;
  • soy sauce - 2 tablespoons;
  • oranges - 2 pieces;
  • garlic - 2-3 teeth;
  • ginger (fresh or ground);
  • pepper mix (black + red).

Cooking:

  1. Squeeze juice from 1 orange.
  2. Preparing the marinade. Mix soy sauce + orange juice + pepper mixture + crushed garlic + ginger (grate fresh or add powder).
  3. Marinate the meat and leave in the fridge overnight.
  4. Cut the second orange the next day.
  5. Take out the marinated meat, put it in a baking dish, garnish with orange slices.
  6. Bake the dish for 45-50 minutes at 180°C.

Thai spicy meat

In 20254 we meet a new patron - the Dragon, which means that hostesses on the festive table are not only allowed, but also need to serve spicy meat dishes. We offer to surprise guests by cooking Thai-style pork for the upcoming holiday.

Ingredients:

  • pork - 400 gr.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • lemon - 1 piece;
  • garlic - 1 piece;
  • carrot - 1 piece;
  • soy sauce - 80 gr.;
  • vegetable oil - 80 gr.;
  • pepper mol.

Cooking:

  1. Cut fresh meat into thin strips, as in the photo.
  2. Pour meat strips with soy sauce, add pepper, garlic and juice of one lemon. Leave the meat to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Fry the meat in vegetable oil (do not pour out the marinade, we still need it).
  4. Chop onions, carrots and bell peppers.
  5. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil.
  6. Add previously fried meat to the pan, as well as the remaining marinade and spices.
  7. Simmer for another 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  8. Lay out beautifully for serving as in the first photo.

Chicken feet in puff pastry

Each guest will be delighted with this dish, because paws baked in puff pastry are an incredibly tasty treat for any holiday, as well as an original New Year's table decoration.

Ingredients:

  • chicken feet - 10 pcs;
  • ready-made puff pastry - 1 package (500 gr.);
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • sesame;
  • vegetable oil;
  • chicken spices;
  • s alt.

Cooking:

  1. Grate the drumstick with spices for roasting chicken or a mixture of s alt and pepper. Leave to marinate for 30-60 minutes.
  2. Fry the drumstick in a frying pan until fully cooked and golden brown.
  3. Roll out sheet puff pastry and cut into strips.
  4. Wrap each drumstick with dough, as in the photo.
  5. Cover a baking sheet with baking parchment. Lay out the legs, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. It should take 35-40 minutes to cook in a 180°C oven.

Fragrant lula kebab

You can give your New Year's feast an oriental touch by serving a fragrant kebab to your guests. This dish is very popular at any holidays, because it is tasty, and it is quite convenient to eat it thanks to skewers.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat (chicken or pork and beef) - 0.5 kg;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • spices (black pepper, coriander);
  • fresh herbs (lettuce, parsley) and bell pepper for decoration.

You can buy minced meat ready-made or grind it yourself. The original recipe for kebab in the East uses lamb, but our adaptation of the recipe can use the meat that your family likes more.

Cooking:

  1. Chop onion and parsley.
  2. Add to minced meat, s alt, pepper and mix thoroughly until smooth. Beat the minced meat for compaction. If dry, you can add some mineral water.
  3. Form sausages around the skewers from the resulting mass.
  4. Put the resulting kebabs on a baking sheet (not back to back) and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
  5. Serve on a salad bed, garnish with parsley sprigs and bell pepper rings.

Chinese gabajou

Crispy meat fried in starch batter, combined with sweet and sour sauce, will surprise guests with an unsurpassed combination of flavors. Of course, this is far from the easiest recipe in our selection, but if traditional dishes are already boring, we strongly recommend preparing such a hot surprise for the upcoming New Year.

Ingredients:

  • pork (pulp) - 0.5 kg;
  • wheat flour - 3 tablespoons;
  • starch - 4 tablespoons;
  • canned pineapple - 1 can;
  • lemon - 1 piece;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • carrot - 1 piece;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 3 teeth;
  • ginger - 20 gr.;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil - 500 ml;
  • water (chilled) - 100 ml;
  • soy sauce;
  • honey;
  • s alt, black pepper

Cooking:

  1. Cut the meat into pieces and beat it like cue balls.
  2. Cut onions, carrots and bell peppers like in the photo.
  3. Chop the garlic and ginger (can be sliced as in the photo).
  4. Cooking batter. To do this, take ice water, add protein to it (the yolk is not needed), s alt, pepper, flour and starch. Carefully drive in until a homogeneous mass of the consistency of thick sour cream is obtained.
  5. Meat carefully roll in batter.
  6. Deep-fried. To remove excess oil, it is advisable to put the pieces on a paper towel.
  7. Carrot, onion, bell pepper and sliced pineapple stewed together.
  8. Add soy sauce, honey, 0.5 lemon juice, s alt, pepper, a little starch to the vegetables. Simmer the sauce for 8-10 minutes and turn it off.
  9. Beautifully decorate the serving dish, as in the first photo.

Warm meat salad with beef

A warm salad that combines juicy greens, pieces of tender beef, as well as fresh and thermally processed vegetables can diversify the festive menu.Such delicious and he althy meat dishes will be very popular for the New Year 2024, so it's worth complementing your traditional winter recipes with a new idea presented in our selection of New Year's meat treats.

Ingredients:

  • beef - 250 gr.;
  • tomato (large) - 1 pc.;
  • eggplant - 1 piece;
  • cucumber - 1-2 pcs. depending on size;
  • leaf lettuce;
  • olive oil;
  • lemon - 1 piece;
  • pepper, s alt.

Cooking:

  1. Boil the beef in s alted water with spices (to taste) for about 1 hour. Leave the meat in the broth to keep it warm and juicy.
  2. Cut the eggplant into half rings and fry in a pan.
  3. Pick lettuce leaves into a bowl, creating a fluffy pillow for the main ingredients.
  4. Cut the meat into large pieces (as in the photo) and put on a pillow of greens.
  5. Add fried eggplant to salad.
  6. Add coarsely chopped cucumbers and tomatoes.
  7. Toss salad with olive oil and a little lemon juice, mix everything. You can also sprinkle sesame seeds on the salad.
