Main ingredients:

  • to choose from - hake, pollock, sea bass, cod, 300 g;
  • vegetables - beets, cucumbers, potatoes - 1 each;
  • plums - 6-8 pieces, as an exception, you can take canned, but fresh is better;
  • vegetable oil and flour - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • small lemon;
  • white wine - 50 ml;
  • s alt, herbs, spices.

For refueling:

  • sour cream - half a glass;
  • cool eggs - 2 pcs;
  • walnuts - 8 pcs;
  • mustard - 0.5 tsp

The fish is milled. Portion pieces are marinated in wine and lemon juice. After 40 minutes, the pieces are s alted, rolled in flour, and fried on both sides. Nuts are crushed, mixed with grated eggs and sour cream. Vegetables are cut, put in a salad bowl with half of fried fish, seasoned. Decorate with plums, the remaining roast and herbs. Beet jelly

This interesting addition is used to decorate salads with fish, regardless of the type and methods of preparation.

Ingredients:

  • lemon zest - to taste;
  • half a lemon;
  • 16g gelatin;
  • 80g sugar;
  • 600ml water;
  • 160g beets.

Boil grated beets, lemon with sugar for 2 minutes over low heat. Lightly s alted. Dissolve gelatin in a separate bowl. Filter the bright burgundy liquid through a sieve, combine with the gelatinous mass. Pour into molds and put in the freezer to freeze.

Cedar branch salad

The defender of another new year will love the original dish with tropical fruits.

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwi;
  • 1 avocado;
  • 1 cucumber - 1 piece
  • 2 st. l. pine nuts.

For dressing: olive oil, lemon juice.

Cutting products - straws. Half of the nuts are crushed. Sprinkle avocado immediately with lemon juice. The ingredients are mixed with oil and juice, focusing on taste, s alted. Decorate with whole kernels.

Appetizer with avocado on crackers

Put the pulp of a ripe avocado into a blender, sprinkle with lemon juice, put 50 g of curd cheese, chop, slightly s alting. Garlic is added for spiciness. Paste is filled into a piping bag, squeezed through a star nozzle onto s alted crackers. Decorate with red caviar.

Hot - rabbit in beer with garnish

Cooking time - 3 hours, the amount of food is calculated for 6 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bulbs;
  • 3-4 garlic cloves;
  • 2 bottles of light beer;
  • 1 st. l. flour;
  • 2-3 sprigs of basil;
  • for frying - vegetable oil;
  • spices and s alt.

Usually a rabbit carcass weighs 3-3.5 kg, for a dish you will need 1.5 kg.

Recipe step by step:

  1. Portioned pieces of meat are fried over high heat on all sides, until golden brown.
  2. In the same pan where the meat was fried, spread the garlic and onion half rings, and as soon as it becomes transparent, add flour, mix well.
  3. Put the rabbit in the brazier, add onion, s alt and spices, pour beer. If the meat is not completely covered, add water. Stew until done.

The best side dish for such a dish is rustic potatoes. Calculation in the recipe for 6 servings.

Peeled potatoes (1.5 kg) cut into slices. Pour 4-5 tbsp. l. sunflower oil, season with spices and s alt, mix. Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.

Fish in the oven with cheese

By the year of the Dragon it is better to cook two hot dishes - and one of them, fish. Rice goes well with it as a side dish. Fish should be with a minimum of bones. The preparation itself is very simple.

Required products:

  • 1.5 kg of sea bream, pollock, trout, cod;
  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • s alt - to taste;
  • 150g natural unsweetened yoghurt;
  • bunch of greens;
  • 0.5 tsp each ground cumin and thyme;
  • 0.5 tsp ground black pepper;
  • to taste - s alt;
  • you can add special spices.

For marinade, greens are chopped, mixed with yogurt, s alted, peppered, spices are added. Portioned pieces of fish are marinated for 3-4 hours. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the fish on a baking sheet, greased with oil, 30 minutes. Then sprinkle with cheese. As soon as it melts, the dish is ready.

Gingerbread

This traditional New Year's cake can be a treat and a gift at the same time. Immediately note - the dough needs to be kneaded in the evening, it needs stabilization.

Ingredients:

  • 315-320g flour;
  • 200 g sugar;
  • 1 egg and egg white for icing;
  • 125 cream margarine (or butter);
  • 1 tsp each soda and cinnamon;
  • 2 tsp ginger;
  • 1 tsp nutmeg;
  • 3 st. l. honey;
  • s alt - on the tip of a knife;
  • 1 tsp citric acid or juice for glaze.

Cooking:

  1. Put honey and butter into a deep dish. Melt to get a homogeneous mixture, without letting it boil.
  2. Remove from heat, add baking soda, cinnamon, grated nutmeg and ginger.
  3. Separately sifted flour is mixed with half the sugar, eggs are beaten in.
  4. Combine flour and honey mixtures, knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Roll out the dough into a 4 mm layer, cut out cookies with shapes. If you plan to assemble the “bell” later, then you need to prepare mugs of different sizes with holes in advance. For example: 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 5 - 3 cm.
  6. Bake cookies at 180°C, 7-9 minutes.
  7. Beat the egg white with the remaining sugar, add lemon juice (or acid diluted in 1 tsp of water). When the cookies are cool, they color them.
  8. Mugs for the "bell" are collected on a gift ribbon.

Pineapple panna kota

To prepare a delicate dessert, you will need:

  • 200 ml heavy cream;
  • 70g sugar;
  • 50ml water;
  • 1 st. l. gelatin;
  • 50g pineapples, any;
  • 40g vanilla sugar.

Dissolve gelatin in cool water. The cream is simmered with sugar for 10 minutes, the thickener is poured in, everything is cooked for another 3 minutes. While stirring, add vanilla. Pour the jelly into a glass, set to harden. Grind pineapples, spread stabilized jelly on top.

To decorate Panna, the cats prepare glaze. Connect: 5 tbsp. l. melted butter, 3 - milk and powdered sugar, 2 - cocoa. Stir so that no lumps remain.
