Dragon Leg Loin

This dish looks very impressive and will surely be remembered by guests for its bright taste and incredible aroma.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg fresh pork loin;
  • vegetable oil;
  • garlic;
  • soy sauce;
  • s alt, pepper;
  • meat spices (optional).

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the loin and remove the bones.
  2. Grate the meat thoroughly with a mixture of s alt and pepper and spices, stuff with garlic, lightly sprinkle with soy sauce and vegetable oil, cover with a film and let marinate for at least 2 hours (but you can do more).
  3. Put the prepared meat on a baking sheet in the form of a hut (bones up), cover with foil and bake at 200ºС for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil and bake the dish for another 15 minutes until a nice crust forms.
  5. Put the finished dish on a pillow of greens.

Dragon steak

The highlight of your New Year's menu can be juicy beef cooked with wasabi, sesame and soy sauce. A recipe with an emphasis on Chinese cuisine will be especially relevant if you plan to celebrate the New Year with a special touch.

Ingredients:

  • 500g fresh beef;
  • soy sauce;
  • wasabi;
  • vegetable oil;
  • ground black pepper;
  • honesty;
  • courgette.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse and dry the meat with a napkin.
  2. Make a marinade by mixing soy sauce and wasabi in proportion 11.
  3. Grease the meat with sauce, cover with foil and send to marinate. It is advisable to prepare everything in advance and let the meat brew all night, then the steak will have the most vivid taste.
  4. Fry the garlic cloves in a hot frying pan to release the flavor into the oil. Remove the garlic, and fry the steak in fragrant oil.
  5. The cooking time depends on the desired degree of doneness of the meat. The average time for medium cooking is approximately 2.5 minutes.
  6. Cover the finished steak with foil and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Toast the sesame seeds in a clean, dry pan.
  8. Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.
  9. Cut the steak into portions as shown in the photo and garnish with a sprig of parsley before serving.

Teriyaki chicken

If you find pork and beef dishes too heavy for a long New Year's meal, offer your guests a spicy version of Asian marinated chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 300g fresh chicken fillet;
  • 150 ml teriyaki sauce;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 2 chili peppers (optional for maximum spiciness);
  • 1 carrot;
  • sesame;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse and dry the fillet with paper towels.
  2. Cut into long stitches and place in a marinating bowl.
  3. Add finely chopped half of hot pepper to the meat, mix.
  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the meat, cover tightly with a whip and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or more).
  5. Cut the bell pepper into long slices.
  6. Fry the bell pepper in a frying pan until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
  7. Fry long stitches of carrots in the same way. Transfer to pepper.
  8. Fry marinated chicken in a pan with vegetable oil. When the meat is fried (usually it takes about 10 minutes), add pepper and carrots to the pan and stir and simmer together for a few more minutes.
  9. Put the meat on a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Speaking about what should be on the table in the New Year 2024, one cannot ignore the fish, because it is precisely this that is the favorite delicacy of Chinese dragons. For the holiday, it is best to cook dishes from elite varieties of red fish (salmon, salmon, trout), as well as various types of sturgeon.

Imperial salmon

Juicy salmon meat in honey glaze is the perfect choice for the New Year's table, but it's very easy and quick to cook.

Ingredients:

  • 500g salmon;
  • honey;
  • pepper mix;
  • lemon juice;
  • s alt.

Cooking:

  1. Grate the pepper mixture all over the steaks and season with s alt.
  2. Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 190℃ for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the fish, brush with honey and bake for another 10 minutes, until the crust has a bright ruddy color, as in the photo.
  5. Serve salmon on a pillow of greens or with any side dish.

Royal sturgeon

Sturgeon (or sterlet) baked in the oven as a whole is a real decoration of the New Year's table. If you want to organize a holiday with a really luxurious and expensive table - the royal recipe is exactly what you need.

Ingredients:

  • 800 g sturgeon or sterlet;
  • onion;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 1 lemon;
  • greens (onion, lettuce, dill, parsley);
  • mayonnaise;
  • pepper (ch. mol.);
  • s alt.

Cooking:

  1. Thaw fish naturally by moving it from the freezer to the refrigerator in advance.
  2. Remove excess mucus from the surface of the fish by wiping it with s alted napkins (it just won't work).
  3. Remove the scales, leaving large spikes for beauty.
  4. Wash the fish and pat dry with paper towels, s alt and pepper.
  5. Remove gills and entrails.
  6. Prepare the filling by mixing chopped greens (onion, parsley, dill), zest of half a lemon and mayonnaise.
  7. Fill the belly of the fish tightly with green filling and fasten the edges with toothpicks.
  8. Cut the onion into half rings.
  9. Grease the foil with vegetable oil, put a pillow of onion, and place the sturgeon on top.
  10. In the back of the fish, make incisions into which insert half-rings of lemon.
  11. Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and vegetable oil.
  12. Wrap the foil and bake in the oven at 200℃ for about 30 minutes.
  13. Open the foil and bake for 10-15 minutes to form a crust. It is important not to overdry!
  14. It is better to spread the finished fish on a pillow of lettuce leaves.

Red fish roll

In our recipe, the dish is cooked with salmon meat, but in fact you can use any red fish, it will be no less tasty.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large salmon fillets - 900g;
  • flounder (fillet) - 350 g;
  • bread crumb - 250 g;
  • canned or frozen green peas - 300 g;
  • carrot - 1 piece;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil (ideally olive oil);
  • parsley;
  • nutmeg;
  • pepper;
  • s alt.

Cooking:

  1. Boil the carrots, cool and cut into cubes.
  2. Cook the peas if you are using frozen ones and drain in a colander.
  3. Chop the parsley.
  4. Soak the bread crumb in milk.
  5. Chop the flounder with a blender until puree.
  6. Mix flounder meat with bread and 1 egg white, s alt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  7. Add peas and carrots to the minced meat, mix gently so that these ingredients remain intact.
  8. Cut layers of meat from the salmon fillet, up to 3 cm thick from the center, without cutting a little to the edge.
  9. Unscrew the top layers and put the flounder and pea filling in the middle.
  10. Reverse the salmon and secure with toothpicks.
  11. Bake in foil at 200℃ for 35 minutes.
  12. Cool the dish to room temperature, and then move it to the refrigerator.
  13. Before serving, remove the foil and toothpicks, cut the roll into portions.

Seafood dishes

Speaking of what must be on the New Year's table in 2024, it is worth remembering seafood, which is also included in the list of our new patron's favorite delicacies. Of course, you can put on the table an easy-to-prepare salad with shrimp, crab meat or mussels, but this year we suggest serving seafood as a main dish.

Imperial Octopus

Octopus tentacles are ways to turn any dish into a work of art, but besides the fact that such a dish will decorate the New Year's table, it will give guests vivid impressions, because it has an exotic taste, and in combination with potatoes it will perfectly saturate without excessive weight.

Ingredients:

  • boiled-frozen octopus (preferably large) - 1 kg;
  • potatoes - 5 pcs.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • red wine (dry or semi-dry) - 100 ml;
  • vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) - 50 ml;
  • s alt, pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Get the octopus out ahead of time and thaw naturally (this can take up to 12 hours).
  2. Wash the carcass, leave a few tentacles intact, cut the rest into rings or strips.
  3. Chop the onion.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté onion until browned (2-3 minutes) and then add octopus and potatoes.
  6. Simmer over low heat until tender.
  7. When the potatoes are ready, add wine to the pan and let it evaporate.
  8. Remove the dish from heat, cover and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Serve on a large platter or in portions, garnish with a beautiful tentacle. You can also sprinkle with paprika (as in the photo) or sesame seeds to taste.

Crispy shrimp skewers

Shrimp is always a winning option for a festive table, because with such a bright dish, the serving will be even more luxurious, and guests will definitely like the taste of seafood in crispy breading. At the same time, preparing the dish is really quick and easy.

Ingredients:

  • large peeled shrimp - 1 kg;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • vegetable oil (preferably olive) - 50 ml;
  • garlic;
  • parsley;
  • wooden skewers;
  • s alt, pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Thaw the shrimp in the fridge.
  2. Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
  3. Chop the garlic.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs, herbs and garlic, mix well.
  5. Put 3 shrimps on a skewer. Pepper and s alt.
  6. Dip each skewer first in a bowl of olive oil, and then generously sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  7. Place on a baking sheet (it is recommended to lay parchment under the bottom).
  8. Bake in oven preheated to 200℃ for 8-10 minutes.

Spicy crab pita

Waiting for guests to the house for the New Year, we offer to add to your list of unusual treats with spicy pastries with delicate crab filling.

Ingredients:

  • yeast dough (you can cook according to the classic recipe or buy ready-made) or take ready-made cakes;
  • Chili, Spicy, Gamadari sauces;
  • crab meat (or crab sticks);
  • fresh cucumber;
  • butter;
  • chukka seaweed;
  • Shiitake mushrooms;
  • salad.

Cooking:

  1. Bake yeast pitas (round cakes).
  2. Divide crab meat or sticks lengthwise into fibers.
  3. Cut the cucumber.
  4. Mix crab meat with cucumber and season with spicy sauce.
  5. Chop mushrooms and fry in butter.
  6. Seaweed seasoned with Gamadari sauce
  7. Collecting pita. We open the cake and grease the inside with Chili sauce, line it with a lettuce leaf, and put crab meat with cucumber and mushrooms in it.
  8. Cut the pita at a 45 degree angle.
