  2. Ideally, the meat should be ground along with the onion, but if you bought ready-made minced meat, then chop the onion and add to the meat.
  3. Add the egg to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
  4. Grate hard cheese (you can grate it finely or coarsely if you wish).
  5. Put a spoonful of minced meat inside each bagel and put them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkle grated cheese on top (as in the photo).
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes. at 180℃.

Tartlets with red fish

In 2024, red fish (Dragon's favorite delicacy) must be on the table, so we recommend trying this New Year's recipe for an unusually beautiful and tasty snack. Ingredients:

  • large peeled shrimp - 500 g;
  • hard cheese - 250 g;
  • red caviar - 50 g;
  • ready-made tartlets - 8-10 pcs;
  • lemon - 1 ring;
  • garlic;
  • mayonnaise;
  • basil.

You can take 100 g of large shrimp for decoration and 400 g of small ones, as they have to be chopped. If you purchased unpeeled shrimp, then after cooking they will need to be removed from the shell.

Cooking:

  1. Boil shrimp in s alted water with lemon. How much to keep in boiling water, the manufacturer indicates on the package (the time depends on the size of the shrimp you purchased).
  2. Separate the number of large beautiful shrimp that will be used for decoration, and chop the rest.
  3. Grate hard cheese.
  4. Combine grated cheese with chopped shrimp, add some garlic and mayonnaise.
  5. Distribute the resulting mass among tartlets.
  6. Sprinkle the baskets with red caviar and decorate with whole shrimps (as in the photo).

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • champignons - 200 g;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • mozzarella cheese (or other soft cheese) - 50 g;

  • sour cream (preferably 20% fat) - 250 g;

  5. Spread the resulting mass into tartlets and sprinkle with grated soft cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven at 180℃ for about 15 minutes (until the cheese crust is golden).

Red fish rolls

Ingredients:

  • slices of red fish - 150 g;
  • curd cheese (you can take cheese with greens right away) - 120 g;
  • pickled cucumbers - 1-2 pieces;
