Cooking:

  1. Cut the cucumbers into large pieces (as the photo illustrates) and s alt.

  3. Marinate meat in sauce (soy sauce + olive oil + minced garlic + ground black pepper).
  4. Chop the onion.
  5. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
  6. Fry the onion and pepper.
  7. Cut the tomato into slices and remove the inner part with the seeds, leaving the fleshy part with the skin (if desired, you can cook the dish using the whole tomato slices).
  8. Chop parsley and onion.
  9. Put roasted peppers, tomatoes, meat and greens in a bowl. Stir, let the dish brew.
  10. For serving, transfer to a beautiful dish, so the salad will look even more impressive.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 200 g;
  • feta cheese - 150 g;
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • mandarin;
  • salad;
  • dill;
  • olive oil;
  • soy sauce;
  • baton;
  • garlic;
  • black sesame;
  • pepper;
  • Provence herbs seasoning.

Cooking:

  1. Chop the chicken.
  2. Marinate in soy sauce with olive oil, black pepper and sesame.
  3. Fry until nicely browned.
  4. Cut the loaf into cubes and soak in the sauce (olive oil + soy sauce + Provence + minced garlic).
  5. Fry until golden brown.
  6. Mash the feta, minced garlic and dill until smooth.
  7. Roll the curd into small balls.
  8. Prepare the dressing (sour cream + soy sauce + 0.5 orange juice + pepper).
  9. Tear (or chop) the lettuce.
  10. Cut the onion into half rings.
  11. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
  12. Add fried meat to greens.
  13. Put the mass on a beautiful dish.
  14. Top with sour cream sauce.

  • rabbit fillet - 200 g;
  • oyster mushrooms - 150 g;
  • dried tomatoes - 100 g;
  • peeled seeds (sunflower) - 30 g;

  • vinegar (red wine);
  • arugula - 1 bunch;

  5. Cut ginger into large cubes and fry in vegetable oil to get flavor.
  6. Add rabbit meat to the pan and fry until golden brown.
  7. Add mushrooms to the pan, s alt, pepper, add thyme and fry for another 5-7 minutes (at the final stage, coarsely chopped ginger must be chosen, we no longer need it).
  8. Tear large pieces of lettuce leaves mixed with chopped arugula and finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  9. Make dressing (olive oil + red wine vinegar) and mix with herbs.
  10. Before serving, beautifully put a “pillow” of greens on a dish, and meat with mushrooms on top.
  11. Decorate the dish with seeds and fennel seeds.

With red fish

For the New Year 2024, fish salads must be on the table, because this is the Dragon's favorite delicacy. Ingredients:

  • s alted red fish - 200 g;
  • salad mix - 200 g;
  • fresh cucumber - 1 piece;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • onion (preferably red, sweet) - 1 pc.;
  • avocado - 1 piece;
  • vegetable oil;
  • Dijon mustard;
  • honey;
  • soy sauce;
  • apple vinegar;
  • sesame;
  • s alt, sugar.

Cooking:

  1. Cut half of the onion into half rings. Add a pinch of s alt and sugar, as well as a spoonful of apple cider vinegar. Let the onion marinate a little.
  2. Cut the cucumber into strips.
  3. Chop half a large bell pepper into strips.
  4. Peel and slice the avocado.
  5. Cut the fish into slices.
  6. Cut or coarsely chop lettuce and arugula.
  7. Fry sesame seeds in a pan.
  8. Preparing the sauce (2 tbsp vegetable oil + 1 tbsp Dijon mustard + 4 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tsp honey).
  9. Mix salad mixture, peppers, cucumbers, pickled onions in a bowl with sauce (use a third of the cooked volume).
  10. Spread the mixture on a plate like a pillow.
  11. Place avocado and red fish slices on top.
  12. Toss with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Important! All New Year's salads with fresh herbs that you decide to cook for 2024 must be served fresh, otherwise lettuce leaves will lose their appearance and taste.

  • olive oil;
  • lemon juice;
  • garlic;
  • s alt, sugar;
  • sesame or pine nuts for dusting.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the salad mix, pat dry with paper towels and place on a plate.
  2. Put coarsely chopped boiled eggs on top.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into large slices.
  4. Add to salad.
  5. Open sliced meat. Put on a piece of meat 1 tsp. cream cheese.
  6. Shape rolls and cut each into 3 parts.

  • poppy seeds 1-2 tbsp;
  • mayonnaise;

Cooking:

  1. Boil hard boiled eggs.
  2. While the pan is clean, fry the poppy seeds. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
  3. Prepare garlic oil (squeeze 1 garlic clove + s alt, pepper, paprika + vegetable oil).
  4. Cut cheese into cubes.
  5. Dice bread or loaf.
  6. Pour garlic oil into the pan through a sieve, squeezing and removing all excess.
  7. Fry the bread until golden brown.
  8. Dice tomatoes.
  9. Cut eggs.
  10. Cut smoked chicken meat.
  11. Put the mayonnaise into a pastry bag, and place a ring with a diameter of 24 cm on the dish.
  12. Put the ingredients in this order: chicken, egg (s alt, pepper), tomatoes (without juice), cheese. Cover each layer with a mesh of mayonnaise.
  13. If the salad is prepared in advance, then at this stage it can be covered with cling film and put in the refrigerator.
  14. Before serving, sprinkle with croutons and poppy seeds.

Ingredients:

  • marinated champignons - 300 g;
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • chicken fillet - 400g;
  • carrot - 1 piece;
  • potatoes - 5 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • green onion, parsley, dill;
  • s alt, pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Boil potatoes and carrots in s alted water.
  2. Boil the chicken fillet. Cool everything down.
  3. Chop the meat.
  4. Cut pickled cucumbers.
  5. Chop green onions and parsley.
  6. Cover the culinary ring with foil.
  7. Lay a layer of mushrooms legs up (as in the photo).
