  • salmon fillet - 800 gr.;
  • cream (preferably 10%) - 300 ml;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs;

Cooking:

  1. Cut the fish fillet into portioned slices 5 cm thick and arrange in a mold, sprinkled with s alt, spices and lemon juice.

  • thyme - 5 sprigs;

  8. Pour the white wine into the pan.

  • rice flour - 100 g;

  • food coloring (you can have several, different shades);

Cooking:

  1. Cut strawberries and kiwi.
  2. Mix crushed biscuits with nut butter until the consistency of a dense dough.
  3. Make a cake from the nut dough and hide the strawberry and kiwi pieces inside, forming a ball.
  4. Prepare custard rice dough. Add sugar and rice flour to the water, mix and cook for 5 minutes in a water bath until the consistency of glue. Add dye to obtain the desired color.
