A phrase from a famous song simply calls to break free from the stuffy city walls. Why not celebrate the New Year with employees outdoors? A country mansion or a country estate is gorgeous, but a little expensive. But a small guest house can be found at a very reasonable price, again, if you worry in advance.
It's so great to make a snowman, cook a shashlik for cognac, play snowballs, dress up any tree and lead, as in childhood, a round dance right in the yard. The only inconvenience is transportation. Colleagues need to be delivered to the place and taken home. It is advisable to worry about this, and the organization, maintenance and cleaning can be entrusted to special agencies.

New Year's corporate parties in entertainment centers are gaining more and more popularity. Anything in your city will do:

Meet the upcoming New Year in the Russian bathhouse, Finnish sauna or Turkish hamam. The idea is good, but it always finds approval in the team. Male employees, for sure, will enthusiastically agree to work out the script of the famous New Year's comedy.
But the ladies may resist. Festive makeup and spectacular outfits in the bathhouse are inappropriate, and not everyone is ready to show off their natural beauty. Anyway, take a note. It is quite possible that the proposal for such a corporate party will be accepted with a bang.
