This amazingly tasty, light and bright New Year's salad will certainly become a table decoration, and also suitable for those who preserve their figure and do not like heavy salads with mayonnaise.
It contains a huge amount of vitamins and antioxidants, and fat is found only in fragrant Pecans.
Required
- 1 bunch of lettuce (or Swiss chard)
- 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds (made from one medium fruit)
- 3/4 cup red grapes
- 2 small tangerines, peeled and pitted;
- 1 / 4-1 / 2 raw pecans, chopped
- 1 small onion (use a lilac onion for brightness)
- 1 small apple;
- 2 tbsp dried fruits (raisins, dried cranberries).
Other ingredients for this dish that are great: pear, avocado, dates, bell peppers, corn.
Refueling:
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of any syrup (you can replace 1 tsp sugar);
- 1/3 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon coriander
- a pinch of cayenne pepper (optional);
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder.
You can use your favorite seasoning, or the mayonnaise-free, fat-free dressing you like.
Just chop all the ingredients and season the salad. Place on a plate and garnish with a toast star on top. You will get a bright Christmas tree! This dish should be prepared just before serving. Bon appetit and fun holidays!
