Chicken rolls with bacon, holiday photo recipe

A fabulous New Year's meal - chicken rolls with crispy bacon crust. It will take only an hour to prepare them. The rolls are nourishing, aromatic and very appetizing.

If you are expecting a large company to visit, then it is better to double or triple the amount of ingredients.

Required:

  • boneless and skinless chicken breasts 2 pcs.;
  • bacon - 12 thin slices;
  • dark brown sugar - ¾ cup;
  • salt, pepper, other spices - to taste;
  • parsley or any greens to taste - a bunch.

Cooking.

  • Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
  • Cut the breast into small cubes, roll in the spices and salt.
  • Wrap the chicken pieces in strips of bacon and roll in brown sugar.
  • Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil, place the baking rack above, and the rolls on it. This will cook them evenly on all sides and will not stain the oven with dripping fat. Do not lower the wire rack too low so that the food does not burn.
  • Salt and pepper a little more.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes until tender and crisp.
  • Decorate the finished meatballs with chopped herbs.

Those who do not like sweetness in meat dishes can do without adding sugar. To make the snack more convenient to take, stick a beautiful skewer into each roll.
