Ingredients:

  • toast bread - 5-6 slices;
  • sprats - jar;
  • pickled cucumbers - 1-2 pcs. medium size;

  • hard cheese - 80-100g;
  • garlic - medium clove;
  • dill, parsley - several branches each.

Cooking:

Turn on the oven to heat up to 180℃. Place slices of bread on a board and roll with a rolling pin on both sides to make the pulp more dense. Cut them diagonally into equal halves, overlap the sharp corners, chop with a wooden toothpick parallel to the cut. Place the bread for 7-8 minutes in a preheated oven.

Chop the cheese on a fine grater. Squeeze garlic into mayonnaise, mix well and combine with cheese chips. Cut cucumbers into thin slices with a vegetable peeler.

Ingredients:

  • baguette - half a loaf;

Cooking:

  • custard rye bread - 4 slices;
  • cream cheese - 4-5 tbsp;
  • herring fillet - 2 pcs;

Cooking:
