Craft hare: a master class for making a hare from cotton pads, cones and plasticine. Photo instruction for children and adults

Making crafts with your own hands is a fun process that will not only help your child have fun, but also teach him creative thinking and achieving goals.

How to make a hare's craft out of paper, cardboard, plasticine and other improvised materials, in today's article.

Craft hare made of cardboard

Even a preschool child can make a do-it-yourself hare from paper. And the parents will only have to control this process.

For crafts you will need:

  • 4 sheets of cardboard - white, gray,
  • Black and pink;
  • Black marker or felt-tip pen;
  • Scissors;
  • Glue or glue stick.

In progress:

  1. A strip 10 cm wide and 29 cm long is cut from a gray sheet of cardboard.
  2. Fold the strip in half along the transverse line and cut the upper corners so that they turn out to be rounded.
  3. At the bottom of the workpiece, 2 folds are made (on both halves) of about 2 cm each.
  4. Glue the folds, laying one on top of the other. This will help give stability to the craft.
  5. Two strips 3 cm wide and 10 cm long are cut out of gray cardboard. Using scissors, the upper part of the strips is made round, and the lower one is slightly narrowed.
  6. Strips of the same shape, but of a smaller size, are cut out of pink cardboard (when applied to gray strips, 1 cm should remain on all sides).
  7. Glue pink stripes on gray ones. These will be ears for a hare.
  8. The ears are glued to the upper body.
  9. They make the legs: the front (upper) ones will be elongated and completely gray, and the rear (lower) ones will be more rounded and with pink spots.
  10. For spots, cut out circles of pink cardboard with a slightly smaller diameter than gray ones and stick to the hind legs.
  11. Attach the front and hind legs in the right places, draw thin stripes on the front with a marker. These will be claws.
  12. Two white circles are cut out for the eyes and glued in the appropriate places to the body. Pupils are made from smaller diameter black circles. And the smallest white circles will act as highlights, which will make the hare's look more lively.
  13. A black circle is cut out for the nose, and the mouth and mustache are drawn with a marker.

A simple and beautiful cardboard hare craft is ready.

Craft paper hare using origami technique

To complete such a hare, you will need only 1 sheet of paper (the child can choose the color at his own discretion) and scissors.

In progress:

  1. Fold a sheet of paper in half diagonally, smooth out the fold and cut off the excess so that you get a square.
  2. Unfold the square and fold it diagonally again, but in a different direction.
  3. The resulting triangle is placed in front of you so that the widest corner is at the bottom.
  4. Fold the sharp corners of the triangle to the middle. The result should be a square.
  5. The lower corners are bent to the middle and also smoothed well. You should get a figure that looks like the top of an exclamation mark.
  6. The corners that are in the middle of the figure are bent towards the outer edge, that is, the right one - to the right, and the left one - to the left. The result is a "turn-down collar".
  7. Open the square. At the bottom, on both sides, you should get 4 layers of paper. Open each edge so that 2 layers remain on both sides, and smooth it so that it looks like a hood.
  8. The resulting workpiece is bent in half outward, after which the acute angle formed on the right is tucked towards the middle so that it forms a right angle with the horizontal upper edge. Turn the workpiece over to the other side and do the same manipulations with a different angle. The result is a figurine that looks like a boat.
  9. Draw a line from the lowest point of the "boat" to the middle of the right angle and wrap the right long part along it. The same is done on the reverse side. These will be ears.
  10. From the point of intersection, a perpendicular is lowered to the bottom of the muzzle and the corner is folded inward along this line. Then, in the same way, they fold it to the other side.
  11. The muzzle is opened and smoothed so that it looks like an open beak. On the reverse side, smooth it out the same way. Then the workpiece is opened again and folded so that a muzzle is obtained. (Correct folds will allow this to be done without issue.)
  12. The tip of the nose is folded on one side and the other, after which the corner is opened and tucked inward.
  13. Using the same folds, make a tail.
  14. Open the ears and smooth it down a little.

It will be more interesting and easier for a child to make a paper hare using the origami technique if adults also join in the creative process.

Craft hare from plasticine

Children of all ages like plasticine art. And if kids can make balls and sausages from a pliable elastic mass, then older children can be offered more complex work, for example, making a hare from plasticine.

For this you will need:

  • 3 blocks of plasticine (gray, white and black);
  • Plasticine knife and sculpting board.

In the course of work:

  1. The oval body of a hare and a round head are made from gray plasticine. If the set does not have gray plasticine, you can mix white and black.
  2. Connect the head to the body. You can use a match for this.
  3. 4 sausages are made from a bush of gray plasticine. 2 of them are left round (front legs), and 2 are flattened and rounded at the top (ears).
  4. Make 2 more white sausages (slightly smaller than for the ears) and attach them to the inside of each ear.
  5. They attach the ears to the head, and the legs to the body, attach a small white cake to each leg and make cuts on them with a knife (fingers).
  6. In the same way, a breast and a muzzle are made from white plasticine, as in the photo of a hare made from plasticine.
  7. For the eyes, use two small flattened balls of white and black (proteins and pupils), and the nose is made from one black circle.
  8. The hind legs are made more massive than the front ones (the hare must be stable). Small white balls are attached to the feet as fingers.
  9. A small round tail with a white tip is sculpted from gray plasticine.

Alternatively, you can give a hare in its paws cabbage, which is made from small thin green cakes.

Craft hare from cotton pads

Craft hare from cotton pads can be a good exhibit for an exhibition in a kindergarten. Moreover, it will take very little time to complete it.

For crafts you will need:

  • 1 sheet of colored cardboard;
  • 2 cotton pads;
  • Scissors;
  • Glue stick;
  • Black marker.

In the course of work:

  1. Divide the cotton pad in half (this will make it easier to glue). This will be the body and head of a hare.
  2. Place the torso and head (so far without glue) approximately in the middle of the sheet.
  3. Cut the second disc in half. One half is divided into 2 parts and ears are made of them (rounded side inward).
  4. The second half is cut into 2 more parts, after which each is divided in half. These will be the legs, which are placed in the right places with the tip to the body.
  5. Glue the parts of the applique (it is better to smear not the details, but the cardboard under them).
  6. The eyes, nose and mustache are drawn with a marker.

The cotton pad applique is ready.

Craft hare from felt

Felt crafts can be a good gif.webpt for a loved one. Mom or grandmother will surely like the soft felt bunny.

To make it you will need:

  • A piece of felt (color can be chosen at will);
  • Hare template or sheet of paper;
  • Threads, scissors and a needle;
  • Sintepon.

In the course of work:

  1. They print on a printer or draw a hare pattern on their own (here parents should help the child) and make a pattern.
  2. Transfer the pattern to felt and cut out 2 identical parts.
  3. Sew on to both halves of the bead (eyes and nose).
  4. Feet, cheeks and the inner side of the ears are made of felt of a different color. The mustache is drawn with a marker.
  5. Sew both halves, leaving a small hole for filling the toy with padding polyester. Then they sew it up too.

You can attach a thread to the hare and hang it on the wall. These are just a few of the ways to make children's crafts.

In addition to the proposed materials, you can use any others - spruce cones, toilet paper rolls, thread, cotton wool and even vegetables. There are a lot of options, you just have to choose the right one.
