Vacation is every child's favorite time on the planet. There is no need to study lessons, carry a heavy portfolio and, in general, go to school. Parents are especially happy about such an event, because school is very difficult for them.
On New Year's holidays, from grade 1 to grade 11, all children spend with their families. The days of New Year's holidays 2020, each school organizes at its discretion. Kids can be released on December 25, and older children are sometimes released on New Year's Eve, it all depends on the complexity of the school curriculum. For example, in the north, where there are bitter frosts, children very often miss classes and they have to sacrifice their vacation time, so their days of rest are calculated as for adults - from January 1 to January 9.
In warmer regions, the holidays can be from December 28 to January 12. In Soviet times, this was not the case, the children had a stable rest for two weeks: they went sledding, skating and skiing, had time to get sick with a sore throat and recover. In 2020, the organization of vacations is at the discretion of the school administration, the rest only have to adjust.
