For twenty years, oriental traditions have captured many areas of our life. In the office and at home, many have different Feng Shui symbols, as well as arrange furniture and entire rooms in accordance with this art. As for the New Year, according to the Chinese calendar, this or that animal becomes the patron of the year on this day: a dragon, a snake, a dog, a horse, a goat, etc.
Astrologers tell us what date the New Year begins on the Chinese calendar. Typically, the date for the Chinese New Year is between late January and mid-March. But as early as January 1, according to tradition, they put dishes on the table that will please the owner of the year. In addition, many people dress in outfits of certain colors and decorate the house with the appropriate color scheme. Thai Holiday - April 13, 2022

Jewish New Year
Israel celebrates four New Years. This tradition is associated with Jewish beliefs.
- April 9 is the first New Year. This is the official date of the reign of kings. It is not publicly celebrated.

- January 25 - food and fruit are distributed to the poor, tithes to the church.

For the Celts, for example, the New Year symbolized the onset of cold weather and harvesting. This holiday falls on the last day of October. Many people recognized it as the famous Halloween.
In ancient times, there was another calendar that has survived to this day. This is the Avestan calendar that predates the time of the great prophet Zarathushtra. In it, as in our calendar, 12 months, only they are called differently, but correspond to the astrological signs of the zodiac (Aries, Scorpio, Capricorn, etc.). According to the Avestan calendar, the New Year begins after March 21. Many astrologers give information according to the Avestan horoscope.
In general, it is not so important when to celebrate, the main thing is to remember that the coming year is always new opportunities, beginnings and achievements that any of us can do. And you can make wishes even all of January.
