New Year's jelly and jelly sweets, photo recipes

On the eve of the New Year, I want to create a special atmosphere and plunge into it headlong. If you want magic in the air, pay attention to every detail in advance, even the dishes on the table should be saturated with the spirit of the New Year. Such a festive delicacy can be a beautiful jelly, reminiscent of striped New Year's candies.

Preparing a bright delicacy is very simple, it is only important to be patient to wait until each of the layers hardens. This jelly will be an excellent decoration for the festive table and will cheer up the guests.

Ingredients:

  • boiling water;
  • condensed milk;
  • gelatin;
  • raspberry jam syrup without berries;
  • white liquor - optional;
  • bowls and molds for sweets.

Cooking.

Dissolve the gelatin in hot water, add condensed milk to taste to make a white liquid, white liquor can be added if desired, all the ingredients must be mixed very well so that there are no gelatinous lumps.

Make jelly for the red layer: dissolve the gelatin in boiling water, add the raspberry syrup, stir well.

Lubricate the mold with a small amount of odorless vegetable oil, remove the excess with a napkin. Pour the first layer of white jelly, hide in the freezer for 15-20 minutes, remove, pour the next layer of jelly and hide the bowl in the freezer again, repeat until the container is full.

Remove the frozen dish from the mold by turning it over onto a flat plate. You can make two versions of the dish, one of which will be a whole piece, and the other in the form of sweets, which can be cut using cookie cutters. The mold must be preheated in hot water.

You can additionally garnish the Christmas jelly with whipped cream and mint leaves. Liqueur can be added to both white and red layers, but this delicacy is more suitable for adults than for children. To find out how much gelatin you need to add, carefully study the packaging: this information is indicated by the manufacturer of the product.

Enjoy the delicious jelly and have a fun New Year's Eve!
