Chicken and Bacon Salad, Simple Photo Recipe

On New Year's Day on December 31, everyone usually finds the strength, time and desire to cook something special, time consuming and very, very tasty. However, January 1 does not provide for such actions. :) After a hearty festive dinner, you want something light (both in terms of calorie content and in the cooking process). At such moments, this wonderful recipe will help out. It will take only ten minutes to cook and the chicken left over from the New Year's feast.

Required Ingredients

For the salad:

  • Lettuce - 4 cups
  • Cherry tomatoes (cut in half) - ¾ cup;
  • Cucumber - half;
  • Grilled chicken - 1.5 cups;
  • Bacon - 0.5 cups

For the sauce:

  • Mayonnaise, sour cream or low-fat yogurt - a third of a glass.
  • Chopped clove of garlic - optional, but can be added to taste.

All ingredients are crushed, mixed in one large plate. The salad is dressed with sauce. Two servings of a light, delicious lunch are ready! Bon Appetit!
