  1. Kill the cookies with a blender into crumbs, mix with melted butter. Tamp the resulting mixture on the bottom and on the sides of a split form, then put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  2. Pour gelatin with cold milk, and when it swells, dissolve in the microwave or simply by placing a container with it in a bowl of hot water.
  3. Remove weighed sour cream and condensed milk from the refrigerator in advance so that they warm to room temperature. Then, using an immersion blender, beat until smooth and add gelatin to the resulting mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the shortbread base and send to the refrigerator until it solidifies.

Before serving, this dessert can be poured with berry sauce on top, for which it is enough to boil, for example, frozen cherries with sugar and thicken everything a little with cornstarch.

Drinks on New Year's Eve

In addition to strong New Year drinks such as champagne and various wines, the menu for the New Year 2022 should include drinks that will simply quench your thirst.

It can be mineral water, homemade lemonade, cranberry juice or dried fruit compote.

For desserts, you can make a milkshake, spice tea or cinnamon latte. If the company plans to move from the table to the street to watch the New Year's fireworks, then it would be good to grab a thermos with hot mulled wine.
