Production Calendar 2022 - happy holidays and weekends, download

Draw up a vacation schedule, calculate sick leave and travel allowances, calculate an advance payment and salary - for this, accountants, clerks and personnel officers will need a production calendar for 2022. And besides them, it is worth every employed person to look into the document in order to know how much and on what days we are supposed to rest and work according to the law.

Production calendar in 2022 with a five-day work week

The type and content of the calendar depend on the mode in which the organization operates: for example, in some companies, employees go to work 6 days a week or in shifts. But the most frequent for Russia is still the "five-day" with two days off at the end of the week. It is for such a schedule that you can view and download the production calendar 2022 with week numbers.

All public holidays and weekends are in blue cells, and in green - pre-holidays, when the working day is shortened by an hour.

Holidays weekend

The production calendar looks different every year due to the holidays: they fall on different days of the week, and the government has to postpone. In 2022, the following holidays will be non-working:

  • from 01.01 to 09.01 - big holidays timed to the New Year and Christmas;
  • 02 - the only day off on Defender of the Fatherland Day;
  • from 05.03 to 08.03 - long weekend in connection with International Women's Day (an additional day of rest will appear due to the postponement from 01.02);
  • from 30.04 to 03.05 - the first long weekend in May (an additional day of rest will appear due to the postponement from 02.02);
  • from 07.05 to 09.05 - the second long weekend in May, timed to coincide with Victory Day;
  • from 11.06 to 13.06 - long weekend in June in connection with the Day of Russia;
  • from 04.11 to 06.11 - three days off in connection with the National Unity Day.

All of these days are non-working at the federal level, therefore, they will affect every Russian. But besides them, the constituent entities of the Russian Federation have their days off. For example, in Muslim regions, the days of Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Adha are declared non-working days, in Buddhist regions, the days of Tsagan Sar celebration, etc.

Also, in most constituent entities of the Russian Federation, a non-working holiday is a day dedicated to the formation of each of the republics. And in Crimea - the day of joining Russia.

The information is grouped in the table by month, quarter and half-year, as well as for the entire year 2022 as a whole. The table contains data on the number of working days, days off, holidays and working days, as well as on shortened days.

How long do we rest?

By tradition, Russians take a lot of rest: in terms of the number of holidays, the Russian Federation overtakes most countries. In 2022, the balance of work and rest will be as follows:

  • The total number of working days is 246;
  • The total number of non-working days is 119;
  • There are 365 days in a year.

Please note: the above calculation is relevant only to those organizations that work "five days" and rest on Saturday and Sunday.

Working hours

In addition to the dates of holidays and weekends, the production calendar fixes the standard of working time - these are the hours that the employee must work in accordance with the concluded contract and labor legislation. At the same time, the norm cannot be exceeded: if the employer forces an employee to work overtime, the latter can apply to the trade union, and then to the court to defend his rights.

According to the law, the following working hours are in effect in Russia:

  • with a 40-hour working week - 8 hours a day;
  • with a 36-hour work week - 7.2 hours a day;
  • with a 24-hour work week - 4.8 hours a day.

Accordingly, you can calculate how many hours Russians will have to work in 2022 if they get a job on a "five-day" (do not forget about the shortened hours!):

8 hours x 246 days - 3 hours = 1965 working hours

The monthly calculation of working time will be as follows:

Weekend rescheduling

If the holiday falls on an official weekend - Saturday and Sunday, then, according to the TC, the day off is postponed to the day after the holiday. Also, some non-working days can be added to other holidays that are celebrated later. For example, at the discretion of the employer, Christmas holidays can be postponed to the spring months (March, April, May).

In 2022, according to a government decree, several transfers were approved:

  • from 01.01 to 07.03;
  • from 02.01 to 03.05;
  • from 01.05 to 02.05;
  • from 12.06 to 13.06.

Private companies have their own peculiarities: they can work on a schedule that differs from the officially approved calendar. Often, the management of such companies shifts the weekend or sets additional ones at their discretion.
