A bolt with a washer and a limiting nut should be screwed into the resulting hole;
Saw off the head so that the remaining piece of the rod can be inserted into the drill;
Firmly strengthen the drill with a blank on the surface and begin to grind the egg shape with a chisel.

Dry the chiseled egg thoroughly and cover with colorless varnish. For such a craft, it is advisable to make a stand. It is even easier to make it. Saw off a roller 2 - 3 cm wide from the remaining branch and process in the same way as an egg. Also varnish.

As an option - a wooden egg "under a stone"

A very original DIY Easter egg craft is obtained if you slightly modify it.

First, mix the putty, PVA glue, sand in small quantities.
Then stir the resulting mixture well with a mixer and add literally a few drops of paint (color optional).
Apply this mass with a thin sponge to a piece of wood and gently level it.
Leave for a day until the product is completely dry. Nothing complicated - but the beauty is great.

DIY Styrofoam Eggs

It should be noted right away that to create such a craft, you will definitely need professional equipment.

You can try to cut an egg shape from a piece of foam with an ordinary knife, but this process is very meticulous, it is incredibly subtle.
If you have confidence, good luck. The best option in this situation would be to buy a finished foam blank.

Papier-mâché Easter egg

During the manufacturing process you will need:

Balloons (not an exception - plasticine, a plastic egg from "Kinder");
Multi-colored tissue paper;
Diluted starch;
Required tools - brush, container, scissors, hole punch, clothespins, rope.

Inflate a ball the size of a palm, (or sculpt a form from plasticine), tie it.
Smear the surface of the workpiece with liquid starch.
Glue the entire plane with paper of the same color - make four layers.
Allow the product to dry completely.
Cut the paper of a different color into squares (no more than 4x4 cm) and make circles with a hole punch.
Glue squares with circles on a dry base; there should be at least five such layers.
Hang a ball - a blank with a clothespin on a string.
Burst the ball and remove it slowly. If it is a plasticine or "Kinder" mold, carefully cut the product into two halves with a sharp knife, remove the base, and glue both parts of the egg.

The Easter egg is ready for decoration.

Easter craft from an empty egg

Just a few steps - and the desired product is ready. You can use any eggs for blowing - chicken, quail, duck, goose, and if you're lucky, ostrich eggs.

On both sides of the egg (sharp and blunt end), you need to glue small squares of scotch tape. This action will reliably protect the shell from cracking at the time of piercing the holes. You can use scotch tape that you have at home, be it masking tape or ordinary tape.
As carefully as possible, press a simple pushpin into the top of the egg through adhesive tape. Then turn it slightly so that the hole is slightly wider. Do not despair if this component is not present. A gypsy needle, a long thin nail (you can even use a light hammer and gently tap the nail with it), an awl are ideal for the procedure.
Make a hole in the same way at the blunt end of the egg, but it should be slightly larger than the first hole.
Insert a piece of wire (a straightened large paper clip is useful) into any hole in the egg and stir the yolk well with it. So it will come out of the egg much easier. This procedure should be done as carefully as possible, because you need not to damage the integrity of the eggshell.

You can remove the contents in several ways, but the white with the yolk should come out through a larger hole:

With the lips;
Apply a small rubber bulb;
Syringe without a needle;
Cocktail tube, etc.

At the end of the procedure, rinse the empty, freed egg thoroughly under running water and leave to dry completely (about 12 hours).

While washing the egg under the stream, it is advisable to keep it with the sharp end towards the water. The bottom hole, which is slightly larger than the top, will allow water to flow out more easily.

You can use a very small amount of any detergent, or use table vinegar. This way the eggs will go through the disinfection process.

Paper option

Primary school kids will be happy to make an interesting craft to school for the Bright Holiday - an Easter egg. They already have a wonderful command of pencil, scissors and glue, and their imagination is beyond their limits.

Together with the child, you need to prepare all the necessary material:

Paper and cardboard of various colors and shades,
Matched egg templates,
Pencil, scissors, glue.

You need to start by cutting out a large egg template from colored cardboard.
Prepare blanks of different sizes in the form of droplets from white cardboard.
These droplets will allow you to cut out voluminous applications in the future (for example, fold hearts - colored paper in half, attach a drop to the fold, circle with a pencil and cut out).
