Of course, some people find vegetable salads unsatisfying, tasteless or uninteresting. This is where nuts and beans come to the rescue. They are perfect for the Year of the Pig. We offer you a salad "Taiga":

The chicken must be washed, poured into a saucepan with cold water, and put on maximum heat. When it boils, remove the foam, set the fire to a minimum and add salt after 30-35 minutes. Leave it for another 10 minutes. Do not take out the chicken from the broth, it should be soft and juicy.
  2. Fry pine nuts - dry frying pan, stir constantly until light golden brown. When roasting nuts, it is better to underexpose than overexpose, so watch carefully for their condition, and in which case, do not be afraid to remove them from the stove a little earlier.
  3. Now the ingredients are left to put together. Take a crispy salad and cut it coarsely. For more crunch, it can be soaked in water for 10 minutes.
  4. Place lemon juice, finely chopped garlic, pepper and vegetable oil in one container and let it brew. Choose oil to taste: you can take neutral sunflower or olive oil, or you can add cedar oil.
  5. We mix the main ingredients, fill them.
  6. Sprinkle nuts on top. Done!

As for the decorations: if your loved ones love jellied meat, then it can be made in the form of a pig or a boar. Round containers, bottles, carrots, sausages, herbs, olives will help you with this.

If you want to serve another dish in the shape of a pig, then you can decorate the stuffed squid. This is a very simple recipe that you can safely cook for the Year of the Pig.

The filling can be chosen based on personal preferences: mushrooms and vegetables, cheese and mushrooms, cheese and chicken, rice, cabbage and even crab salad. We'll take mushrooms and rice. You will need:

  • squid carcasses, which must be thawed, peeled and boiled in boiling water (keep for 2-3 minutes);

New Year has crept up, winter seems to have just begun, but already tired - arrange yourself a sample of the May holidays. We offer a recipe for barbecue in the oven. In fact, you can even make it with pork if you really want to. We will show using the example of chicken, and the choice of meat depends only on you. Vegetable skewers are also great.

  1. We marinate the meat and, if desired, vegetables for about two hours.
  2. If the skewers are left in the country, then take wooden skewers. But! Just a moment of attention! Soak them in cold water for about 30-40 minutes! This will prevent them from burning!
  3. Do not use liquid smoke, as it will be extremely inconvenient at home.
  4. If you are worried about the toughness of the meat, then wrap it in foil, or cook in a sleeve.

Country-style potatoes at home are much healthier than in fast food restaurants. To prepare it, you need potato slices, spices and oil.

For this dessert, you will need well-peeled mandarin slices, your favorite nuts, your favorite chocolate. Put the tangerine slices in the freezer for 7-10 minutes. At this time, melt the chocolate. You can use a water bath. You can use the microwave. But!
